What is Yoga
Yoga means union or one of mind body and spirit. It is a series of poses or postures that help to quiet the mind, stretch and relax the body, and invigorates the spirit.
What is Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a form of healing martial arts, that includes slow moving forms and postures. It is designed to promote health, wellness, balance, and focus.
What is Chi Kung
Also known as Qi Gong or Ki Gong. Chi Kung consists of natural exercises that circulate, accumulate, and cultivate ones energy. The focus is on breath, energy and movement. It promotes longevity, opens up joints, ligaments, and tendons.
What is Meditation
Meditation, in one aspect means “to stop thinking”. To quiet the mind and to connect mind, body and soul.
What is Chi Kung Healing
Qi-Gong Healing is a combination of acupressure, “tui na” and
energy healing.
About Essud
Essud grew up in a family of artists and healers. His grandfather was from Canton China(Guangzhou province) and was also a tiachi/qigong practitioner. At a young age, Essud was exposed to different kinds of martial arts, meditation, and energy healing by his father. After a first career in corporate America, Essud realized his calling for teaching, instructing, and healing in 2005. At that time; he decided to shift his energy and focus to begin training with Master Sifu Gary Tong, Chinese Shoalin Center and Dahn Yoga. Essud quickly realized that his talent for teaching could help heal both individuals and groups of all ages by providing them with the tools to balance their mind, body and spirit.
His classes and sessions are a mixture of yoga, tai chi & qi-gong, focused on gentle energy movements, poses, and postures for "mind, body, & spirit" healing. Essud also is trained in qi-gong energy healing, moxibustion application, and cupping therapy.

1. Chinese Shaolin Center for Kung Fu & TaiChi/QiGong
2. Qi Gong/Tai Chi from Master Gary Tong, www.atouchofchi.com
3. Certified Yoga Instructor & Healer with Body & Brain/Dahn Yoga
4. Trained in basic Hatha Yoga Practice
5. Apprenticeship under Dr. Jianshe Liu(acupuncturist/herbalist) for Hand Medicine and Cupping Therapy

Walk-ins welcome, but we do prefer that you please call before attending a class, space is limited and class schedule can change from time to time. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in, plus yoga mat and/or towel.
